What do you need to start the project?

We need a confirmation email from your end regarding the project scope, the project price and the payment terms. The project initiation invoice is sent based on this email.

How much does a web site cost?

Where do I get information and graphics for my web site?

Making a successful website is synonymous with making it unique and original. It is for this reason, along with copyright infringement issues, that you should develop your own graphical and written materials or atleast have an idea about the same and then we would assist you in the process. We will create most of the graphics you need, should you require us to do so. You will help, specify and supply most of the information and artwork you want included. In addition, you may also wish to supplement your material by using your company, organization, suppliers, and/or franchisers marketing and/or promotional information into your web site.

Can you provide website content?

We do provide SEO friendly content writing for websites, presentations, brochures, banners, catalogs etc. However, we don’t have extensive content writing services at the moment.

Will you provide images?

We would be using royalty free images from our stock images. If you are interested in using any particular image, you can provide them to us. We would suggest that you purchase the images from other stock image websites in case of using any specific preference.

How many design iterations I can have?

We provide minor design iterations till you are satisfied but with authentic reasons supporting the change. For a complete design change we provide up to two drafts for the homepage design.

How will I see the project progress?

You would be able to view the project progress at each stage by logging into our project management interface. We will show all the updates on our test server and will take your approval at each stage.

How does the project flow/ proceeds?

The first phase which is design starts with the questionnaire. Once you fill up the project questionnaire outlining all your requirements, we start with the homepage design and after its approval the inner page design follows. After the approval we start with the HTML production of the website. In case of development projects on completion of the front end design, we proceed with the project prototype development, which you review and send us your comments/suggestions. The iterations continue till you are satisfied with each and every detail or functionality. Once we are through with the prototype, we start with the actual development of database and coding to attain the functionality demonstrated in the prototype. Finally after testing, the project is delivered to you.

Who will be my point of contact at website development stage?

At project initiation, a project executive would be assigned to the project who will be your single point of contact and will communicate with you via our project management area. Our project executive would also be available through messenger IM’s like yahoo, msn, Skype, phone lines and emails.

Do you provide website hosting and where are you servers located?

Yes, we do provide hosting and our servers are located in US. We provide managed hosting services and take care of your emails, account set ups etc for free. We are resellers www.hostgator.com, so you can even purchase the hosting package from them directly.

Do you work on fixed quote based or hourly rate based?

The project quote depends upon the project scope. A fixed project quote is generally provided for a well defined project scope. We also offer our services on hourly basis. The benefit of using the hourly rate model is that the restriction to the iterations and project scope is not necessary and you pay exactly for the no. of hours worked.

Can I come back to you after few months of website development for additional work?

It's a good idea to update your website periodically. This brings in fresh visitors as well as repeat traffic. Monthly features, seasonal promotions, new product lines or special sales are all effective ways to engage the interest of your target market. We offer maintenance services for weekly, monthly, or on-demand changes to your web site at very reasonable reprogramming fees and with very quick turnaround time.

How do you accept payment?

We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Do I need to make any advance payment?

Our payment terms are 50% in advance and rest 50% after the project completion before delivering the final files to you. For the project value greater than US$5,000, we have a variable payment structure, with payments based upon milestones.

Will you refund the money if I am not happy with the end product?
