Managed Teams:

When you want to outsource your software development requirements in a way, where you don't have to go into minute aspects and expect results the way you desire, a managed team is what you need. We provide experienced managers who first study your requirements and then handpick a team to achieve the desired results. You speak to a person who understands technology as well as business and various factors affecting them. The manager is responsible to make the team work to achieve desired results. He is also responsible to update and demonstrate the progress to you on a regular basis. Communication happens via pre-scheduled phone calls, IM chat and emails.

Independent Resources:

This is very similar to you hiring technical resources and making them work the way you like. Only difference is that resources work from a remote offshore location in India. You interview and select the resources yourself, the way you would when you employ someone in your business. This model is suitable only when you have well defined technical documents that you want the resources to work upon and a technical manager at your end to ensure things happen the way they should. Mostly, these resources are an extension of your in-house team.
